    On a casual glance, the Dreadwood Spike looks nothing more than a primitive sharpen piece of thick burnt wood. Unfortunately, there is more to this devious weapon. The wood itself is fossilized by fire called down by a shadow elementalist and has been cursed till this day. While it always does 1 less point of damage in combat, its wielder could tag its Petrifying Curse aspect to turn the victim it strikes to stone!
