This suit of well polished full plate mail is made of fine steel with a reflective quality and is in excellent condition. It is lighter than most armour of its kind and even the least skilled of all magic users would discern that it is enchanted. However, few would know that it is cursed. This was owed by a champion and crusader of the True Faith, Godwin. He was peerless in combat and rarely outwitted in battle but as his success grew, so does his pride. It was said it that he was struck down for his arrogance.
Those who wear the armour would be well protected from physical wounds and even have protection against magic, but ever since Godwin’s fall this armour has been cursed, destined to doom its wearer in act of hubris.
Dragon Warrior Stats:
Full Plate Armour +3 (Armour Factor 8), +2 Magical Defence, +4 vs. Morale Check, +2 vs. Fright Attacks, 1 in 6 chance of halving damage from elemental sources. The wearer is subjected to a curse of Magical Attack 22 after each victory in combat. The curse is delayed action and would only activate when the wearer is outnumbered at least by 2:1. He would be subjected to the barbarian’s Bloodrage, though he would not attack allies, but find himself unable to retreat or cease fighting.
